Any access codes purchased before April 30, 2016, can no longer be redeemed. If you did not redeem your code please follow one of the steps below:
- If you purchased your title online, please contact Yuzu Customer Care to receive a refund. You can then purchase your title in print or in digital for the new Yuzu eReader, if available, on your bookstore website.
- If you purchased your title in-store, please visit your bookstore to receive a refund. You can then repurchase the title in print or in digital for the new Yuzu eReader, if available.
