I cannot see my old Yuzu books.
We're recently switched to a new Yuzu experience. You should have received an email from us introducing your new Yuzu account (it may have gotten stuck in your spam/junk mail) with instructions on how to access your books on the new Yuzu experience. If you have not already clicked the link in the email please do so now.
If you cannot locate your email please do the following:
- Go to your Barnes and Noble College bookstore (if you're not sure the website you can look it up here: http://bncollege.com/page-campus-stores)
- Sign in to your Barnes and Noble College account (if you've never set one up select the "forgot password" option and enter your email address) - this must be done BEFORE accessing the new Yuzu.
- Once you've signed in to your college bookstore account make sure your information is correct and save any changes.
- Go to the following link and sign in with your Barnes and Noble College account info: https://sso.bncollege.com/bes-idp/ssologin?pub=WVVaVQ==
This should activate your account on the new Yuzu platform. At this point if you still do not see your books please contact Customer Care.
