If you no longer have access to your Nook Student content, Yuzu Support will need any information regarding your purchase to migrate you Yuzu.
Please contact Customer Care and provide a copy your Nook Study receipts. When possible, Yuzu Customer Care will work with you to provide access to your Nook Study eBook in Yuzu.
If you made your purchase after March 2014 or your receipt is for a Nook eBook from a Barnes & Noble Inc retail store, Barnes & Noble College is a separate company, we cannot provide support for Nook software or titles. If your purchase did not come from a Barnes & Noble College bookstore, then we will forward your request to the Barnes & Noble retail team who will be able to assist you with your ebook.
